That recent studies demonstrated the use of COCOA 5300 years before present on the high amazon in Ecuador and that could be the origin of the NATIONAL variety.

WE PRODUCE: National Fine Aroma Cocoa variety and CCN-51 Cocoa variety. All our CACAO it is Organic Certified. Average production is 61.33 tons a year.

We sell directly to the chocolate producers that requires Organic Certified Fine Aroma Cocoa Beans.

Our plantations are under constant renovation, providing a lineal growth of production.

FERMENTATION
we have different fermentation processes for National Aroma and CCN-51

DRIYING
We keep all the TRACEABILITY of each lot and plantation before the beans are taken to the drying process. Beans are sundried.

STORAGE
Dried Beans are packed in 100 pound natural fiber sacks, the Cocoa is stored inside the "Tendales" where appropriate air circulation preserves the beans waitng for shipping.
